By accessing or using our website (https://www.mysawari.in) and booking our rental services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Overview

MySawari offers car rental services across various categories and rental durations, including hourly, daily, and long-term rentals. Additional services may be included, such as doorstep delivery, insurance, and roadside assistance, as detailed in each rental booking.

2. Eligibility to Rent

  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required at the time of booking, and MySawari reserves the right to verify your driving credentials.
  • Identity Verification: Additional identification may be requested to complete the booking.

3. Booking Process

  • Reservations: All bookings can be made via our website at https://www.mysawari.in. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed.
  • Modifications: You may modify your booking subject to availability. Any additional fees or requirements will be communicated before confirming modifications.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and select digital wallets.
  • Billing: Payments are processed at the time of booking. Full payment is required to confirm reservations.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Zero Cancellation Fees: You may cancel your booking at any time without incurring a cancellation fee.
  • Refund Processing: Upon cancellation, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Rental Period and Vehicle Use

  • Rental Period: The rental period is specified in your booking confirmation. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the end of the initial rental period.
  • Permitted Use: Vehicles rented from MySawari must not be used for illegal activities, subleasing, or driving outside the designated geographic area outlined at the time of booking.
  • Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. Customers may choose to add comprehensive coverage for enhanced protection.
  • Liability: Renters are liable for any damage or loss incurred due to negligent use, including, but not limited to, accidents, vandalism, and theft if comprehensive coverage is not selected.
  • Roadside Assistance: 24/7 roadside assistance is available. MySawari is not liable for any incidental delays caused during roadside assistance.

8. Vehicle Maintenance and Responsibility

  • Vehicle Condition: MySawari ensures all vehicles are in excellent working condition at the time of rental. Renters are responsible for reporting any damage or mechanical issues during the rental period.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning requirements.

9. Additional Drivers

  • Additional drivers may be added to the booking, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. Any additional driver must be registered at the time of booking or prior to the rental start date.

10. Privacy Policy

  • MySawari respects your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • MySawari, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our rental services.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

13. Amendments

  • MySawari reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any changes.
